English and Maths Skills
There is a big push at Brooklands College to make sure all of our students gain English and maths at Level 2. From an employer’s perspective, basic literacy and numeracy rank among the top three most important factors in recruiting school and college leavers alongside your qualifications. We can help you to progress towards further study, training or employment.
You will need to demonstrate good levels of English and maths to progress into a job, Apprenticeship, Higher Education or further learning. Brooklands College will make sure that you continue to develop these skills and support you to achieve these vital qualifications.
